  • ALTVAPlus offers complete virtual assistance that alleviates entrepreneurs and companies from repetitive tasks. We help resolve the hurdles of our clients and business owners. Business scale-up is made possible through our virtual assistants, who are hands-on and who would take care of many things on our clients’ plates. We ensure that our business owners have ample time to think and focus on business goals and put a value on increasing revenue.

  • ALTVAPLUS is a team of tenured virtual assistants skilled in e-commerce, sales, healthcare, real estate, and marketing. Integrity, reliability, and professionalism are the hallmarks of our company, earning the trust of entrepreneurs seeking dependable virtual assistant services.

  • We will ask you questions about your business, which tasks you wish to be assisted with, and the number of hours you estimate will be required to complete those tasks, ensuring it aligns with your needs and budget. ALTVAPLUS will select the best Virtual assistant from the team based on your requirements. A meeting will be arranged between you and the selected VA to ensure both parties are properly acquainted. This is also the opportunity for the VA to gather firsthand information on how the you prefer the tasks to be done, as well as any other requirements needed to complete them. If you may feel that your assigned VA is not a good fit, we will gladly replace them and select another suitable match.

  • Our rates are flexible and depend on the specific services needed by each client. We offer a base rate of $10, from which clients can select the options that best suit their requirements. Virtual assistants are available for hire on a part-time basis (30 hours per month) or full-time (40 hours per week).

  • After you have signed the contract with ALTVAPLUS, you are requested to pay a deposit fee. Once this has been paid, the recruiting process begins. As soon as a virtual assistant has been chosen, we will arrange a weekly payment schedule which can be made through credit card or direct bank transfer. When the weekly scheduled payments have been set up successfully, payment will be auto-debited on a weekly basis unless otherwise specified.

  • We carefully select virtual assistants that would excellently match your requirements. If you need a general virtual assistant, this will take just 5-7 days. For technical virtual assistants, this would take a little longer, say 2-3 weeks.

  • Once we have selected the virtual assistants for you, ALTVAPLUS will arrange a virtual meeting via zoom or whichever video conferencing platform you prefer. Through this virtual meeting, you may personally ask task-related questions to the virtual assistant to learn more about his/her qualifications. Suppose, for any reason; you feel that the chosen virtual assistant is not the right person to do the job. In that case, we can provide you with other candidates for interview.

  • There is no problem hiring more than one virtual assistant. We know that various tasks need to be accomplished, and we will gladly provide you with the number of virtual assistants you need.

  • It is important that you are satisfied with the work provided to you by our virtual assistants. Thus, if you feel the need to change the virtual assistants assigned to you, we can help you find a replacement as soon as possible. Should this happen, we offer three replacement options:
    1. Virtual assistants will continue working until we find a replacement.
    2. Virtual assistants will immediately stop working and wait for a replacement, with consideration of pausing payment until we have found a replacement to continue the tasks left by the previous virtual assistant.
    3. We will delegate a substitute to complete the tasks while waiting for a new virtual assistant.

  • All our virtual assistants have been instructed to provide an end-of-day report where they will list all the tasks that they have worked on each day and report any issues that may cause an interruption in accomplishing their tasks.

  • If your virtual assistants suddenly become sick, you may request a temporary replacement or let the virtual assistants make up for days of lost work and accomplish the tasks on different days.

  • We require our Virtual Assistant to submit a National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance. It certifies that the said individual, at the time of the request, is not involved in any ongoing criminal cases in the Philippines. Our virtual assistants sign a Contractor Agreement, which includes a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), to ensure the safety and privacy of all professionals and companies under ALTVAPlus. They are entrusted with the responsibility of securing company information and pledge not to discuss work-related details except with the client and the team. Additionally, all virtual assistants are required to complete Security Awareness training provided by the company before being onboarded with a client. Should an intentional privacy breach occur, you are protected by the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012. This act holds Philippine citizens accountable for their actions.
